IDEA: Patches and Downloads

You know how we mentioned the game will have mobile devices for your charries to use? Well, I have an idea for it.

Perhaps since it seems almost impossible to script, mesh, and make it work properly, maybe it should be added in a later patch and not in the first download of the game? If it seems like I'm rushing anyone, I'm not, it's just that it could take years to fully develop these devices in-game.

So for now, I think we should just focus on devloping the main cause of the game. Once everything aside from the mobile devices are done fully, then I guess it's a good idea to start programing it into a downloadable game like they did with the Impressive Title / Feral Heart release.

Let me know what you think of this idea in reply to this thread.

Yes, I think it's a good idea to focus on the main game first, release it as a download, and then do the mobile as a patch later on.

And plus I don't use a high-tech mobile. XD

I was thinking that too, to keep it simple so I can just make the basics cause scripting is a handful ^^' Right now I'm working out Blender for the character creation and such.
