Just a concept art for wolf markings. Generally a Head Marking. The actual head and O-like marking is inspired by Okami, and the stripes on the neck were inspired by striped anime dogs. i wanted to contribute something, and this is what came out =)

Well, that gives me a good idea about like the Behind the scenes vid the main land later on can the enviroment some how get darker and more of a dangerous habitat and have a even fight and at the end either being human or wolf your side to win..I don't know just a thought for like a epic beginning for an epic end with some lol I'm just going to guitar lesson and just popped into my mind

I like that idea, and I've always been a fan of creepy forests and treacherous mountains.

Link to it in my DeviantART account: fav.me/d4704jrThis idea was heavily inspired by Kumori's idea of the Telehark Mountains, and how it divides the wolves from the humans. Thank you, Kumori. *Gives cookies* Taken from my DeviantART description: I map idea for WotK. This is just my idea of what the land looks like. I decided to blank-out the names because I felt the other designers ought to come up with the names. I tried to make the map simpler by dividing it up into several sections. The more to the left you are, the more you're in the wolves' territory, where wolves are the dominant species, and the the more to the right you are, the more you are in the territory, where humans are the dominant species. Detailed ideas about each place: Forest of Something - This is the wolves' home where they make their dens. Made up of mainly coniferous (fir/pine) trees. Only the bravest humans go here, and the villagers outright fear the place, hearing the myths and tales told in the local tavern about how many people have entered the forest, but few ever come back. Mountains of Something-or-Other - The mountains the hard to climb, but fortunately the wolves know about the shortcuts: caves and tunnels that go straight through the mountains. The tunnels are lit by glowing crystals. Humans usually find these tunnels by accidentally stumbling upon them. (I like Kumori's idea of naming it the Telehark Mountains) Couldn't-Think-of-the-Name Wood - Unlike the forest, the wood is filled with mainly deciduous trees. The standing of wolves and humans is also inverted: This is the humans' hunting grounds and any wolves here are in danger. Some wolves are found here, but are constantly on the lookout for danger. There is a large lake and deer. Sea of Not-Sure - The sea goes around the land and its vastness is unending. Wolves and humans alike fish there, and whales can be seen if you're lucky enough. (I like the name "Sea of Shadows", what do you guys think?) Such & Such River - The river goes through the entire land, from the wolves' territory to the humans'. A well is built in the kingdom to take its water. Outlying Farms - The land looks patchwork here from the farming. A few barns, farmers, and farms animals can be seen as people ride towards or from the wood. Only the most desperate wolves go here for food. Inner Kingdom - The city. There are houses, a market place, a blacksmith, a tavern, and stables. Strong walls are built around it. The idea of a wolf getting here is unheard of and would be a villagers' worst nightmare. High Castle - The castle is high on a hill, over-looking the entire land. From a tower window, one can see past the mountains and into the wolves' forest. The castle includes stables, healers chambers, wizards' tower, knights' barracks, throne room, dining room, and rooms for the royal family. High Castle uses the image of the wolf a lot in their artwork and architecture (portraying them as evil, powerful beings), like gargoyle-style statues of wolves, tapestries, or stain-glass windows of wolves.

But I like the idea of the wolves and humans being seperated! Thanks! The mountains idea I got from you, Kumori. And I think the mountains should be called the "Telehark Mountains", like you said before. Also, I think calling the ocean, the "Sea of Shadows" might be good. If you like White Fang, you may also like reading Never Cry Wolf, by Farley Mowat. New Idea'r lol! How bout like Indian tribes that are protectors of the wolves! sorry lol White Fang affected my brain...But got the original thought from Wolfs Rain Episode 20's I think lol That sounds cool. But what about having the First Nations people be the protectors of the wolves (I find the First Nations' artwork style is amazingly beautiful). Or maybe the Druids? Or some sort of mix between the three?

I’m sure it looks great, but I’m at school where everything, including the Chat box, is blocked. I’ll look when I get home.
