A Graphics Moderator holds a graphics contest every month, and if they can does other graphics activities to. They pick a theme relating to the site every month and all the members participate, making banners usually. This member might help with site graphics sometime.
I believe having this type of member will spark more activity on the site, plus it'll be fun anyway.
